Founded in 2003 we are ex HMRC independent tax specialists. We deal with all aspects of IR35 and tax/NIC status from the review and negotiation of contracts through to a full defence service in the event of an HMRC investigation.

We have NEVER lost a case! All our services are provided on a fixed fee basis with no hourly rates or surprises.
